Sarah Palin runs unannounced in Iowa half-marathon | Iowa Caucuses
She got second place in her age group. 12 miles in under 2 hours. She ran incognito using her maiden name. I guess when people shouted "Run, Sarah, Run!" she decided it was a good idea.
