My Way News - Bush to Democrats: 'We Are at War'

My Way News - Bush to Democrats: 'We Are at War'
"Unfortunately, on too many issues, some in Congress are behaving as if America is not at war," Bush said during a speech at the Heritage Foundation. "This is no time for Congress to weaken the Department of Justice by denying it a strong and effective leader. ... It's no time for Congress to weaken our ability to intercept information from terrorists about potential attacks on the United States of America. And this is no time for Congress to hold back vital funding for our troops as they fight al-Qaida terrorists and radicals in Afghanistan and Iraq."

Jury: Westboro must pay $10.9 million

Jury: Westboro must pay $10.9 million - Examiner.com: "BALTIMORE (Map, News) - Albert Snyder might have financially immobilized the Kansas church that picketed at his son’s military funeral to intentionally inflict emotional distress on him and his family." Westboro Baptist Church : Fred Phelps: "The Westboro Baptist Church, of Topeka, Kansas, is a hate group masquerading as a Christian church. Led by the Rev. Fred Phelps, the misguided members of this church target homosexuals and a range of others with messages of hate. The church’s ourageous protest actions - the group prefers to picket funerals(!) - have earned the Phelps and his ilk much media coverage." This Fred Phelps is working for the devil. He gives Fundamental Baptists (which I am) a bad name. He's disgraceful. Independent Fundamental Baptists believe in the Holy Bible. My church, Tabernacle Baptist Church in Coraville, Iowa, uses the King James Version. We believe that the Bible is inerrant and that it was inspired (literally means "breathed into") by the Almighty God, Himself. We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ as described in the Bible. If there is a conflict of opinion, we always hold up the Word of God above everything. But a person must also study the Bible to fully understand. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17 We don't believe in anything like this crazy guy, Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist Church.
