McCain will be portrayed as Old and Rancid and Obama as New and Hip. For Obama to be elected he will have to ignite A LOT of young people, which are historically absent from the electorate. However, I did see him bring a lot of young people to the polls here in Iowa. McCain is so politically inept in this campaign. He thinks he will win without conservatives but with independents and democrats. He won't. He refuses to go for the jugular with Obama. Instead, right wingers like Rush will be left to do that. But that won't ignite the core conservatives to vote for McCain.
