Brilliant! I'd go for this is they'd promise to reduce government spending by $10,000/person. Here's an idea, instead of spending money to give us these rebates, just CUT TAXES! If this happened, then over 50% of Americans not only will have paid zero taxes, they would be getting more from the government than they have paid in.
