This will set up lawsuits against manufacturer's from local and state governments. You read it hear first. Wal-mart is unwittingly (I hope) providing the ammunition. Government will begin going through landfills and documenting waste and begin suing manufacturers to recoup their cost from cleanup and health issues caused from pollution.
